Just booked an online appointment through Whirlpool Canada's website for Weds this week for power/door issue with my Whirlpool Duet Washer.  Within no time, Shan from Volks Tech Appliance Service called me on a Saturday night @ 8:30 and walked me through the door and power reset issue to get me back running smooth .

Hand down best service for anything I think I've had to deal with for as long as I can remember, I voted in the link below for Best in Business and think everyone else should as well .

Great guy, and company!

Just had to replace a dishwasher and a handle on a gas range.

Shan came out and fixed and installed while his wife is expecting there fourth child!

The rates were surprisingly great for an initial visit to order parts, and then back days later to install.

We'll definitely be calling Volks Tech Appliance Services in the future!
